hey soul sista - sounds like a lovely hike! didn't realise it's an 8 mile roundtrip to the falls. was it muddy from the rains?
trying to ward off a suspect virus...had a headache all day yesterday, and felt kinda junk this morning, so slept in - no surf until maybe friday? yikes...that'll make a week since last time.
oops - i missed b-dancing tonight. my head is so fuzzy! i even went to my chiropractic appointment this afternoon, only to find out it's tomorrow, no today...hahaha

sorry you feel like junk. i guess is just means that you gotta take it easy and rest up, right? take good care and pamper yourself. we've got the whole week-end ahead of us.
