just a quick couple shots from a weekend adventure. in these photo's we were goof'n around up at Lani's on the northshore. waves were pretty sweet that day. out in the middle break they were at least headhigh w/ the occasional outside set hitting @ about 8ft faces. there were many turtles bobbing around that day. pretty good size ones were about 1/3 or 1/2 the size of a hood of a car. i'd say there was about 10+ swimming all around us. it's rumored that they are good luck when you see them out in the water. we did feel a little special that day..

That's a good looking crew....missed you out at the cabin this weekend--we drank a few beers for you though and surfed the singletrack out at Devils Gulch in Cashmere....

we envy each other's lives for good reason. it makes me happy to know that other people enjoy life on a similar level to me. turtles are very good luck!
