slater takes irons in jbay competition
to add to the happy birthday weekend, another gift was saturday morning when i heard kelly slater beat that mouthy punk ass kaui'n andy irons. this is looking like the year kelly will retire and it will be the cherry on top if he nails his 7th world title to boot. good luck kelly & may all the mana of the ocean be on your side to see you out to its shoulder.
