surfed our melons off on MLK day. stroked out with about 40 people in the lineup. after a few hours it dwindled down to about a dozen. caught enough waves in 3 hours to make us very happy, hungry & sunburnt.
riding the fish was super sweet & the 8'8" was mad fun. lots of over head to 3' overhead waves. even had a pair of fat turtles in the line up for a few hours. they looked prehistoric with shells about 3-4ft wide.
a new swell is on the way for the north shore...might play hooky this week!!
